Design Team
Our Design team is where creativity comes to life! They are responsible for designing and developing exciting new product ranges that not only drive sales but truly wow our customers with sustainability and circular design at the heart of everything we do. Always ahead of the curve, the team constantly explores emerging trends in product design, consumer lifestyles, colour forecasting, and innovative materials. Each season, they set the creative direction across all categories, bringing inspiring ideas to life through department strategies.
We are a highly collaborative team of designers, passionate about creating collections that work beautifully together in the home. With a strong focus on textiles, structure, and materiality, this role supports the Design Manager within our Made to Measure Fabric team, specialising in weave and constructed textiles.
As a Design Assistant, you’ll play a key role in developing and evolving our woven fabric offer, contributing to trend and brand direction through considered exploration of yarns, texture, fabric construction, and finish. Working across design development and product creation, you’ll help shape a cohesive and commercially relevant Made to Measure and Ready made ranges.
