Team Leaders

In each of our stores, you’ll find a team of dedicated managers (we call the coaches). Our leadership structure comprises of Stock, Operations, Customer Experience and Pausa. They’ll known as a leader who has influence and responsibility for how their area of the store feels and operates. They plan ahead, think on their feet and are always learning, progressing and developing their teams to deliver the best experience for our customers.

Our Store Managers (we call them coaches) have overall ownership of our store operations. They are passionate about the customer and their experience, maximise sales opportunities at every turn, and empower our teams to be and feel their best everyday.
