Department Overview
As an ambitious company with a forward-thinking sustainability programme, we are committed to ensuring the business is fit for the future. Our Good & Circular strategy includes embedding circular thinking into product design and sourcing, as well as helping our customers use and reuse our products more sustainably.
Sitting within the Responsible Sourcing Department, the Packaging & Compliance team plays a vital role in ensuring data integrity and regulatory alignment across UK and European packaging and product legislation, including associated taxes, legislations and sustainability targets.
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to support our Packaging & Compliance function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on curiosity, enjoys solving complex problems, and communicates with clarity and confidence across teams and stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solution-focused developing professional who’s ready to take ownership of data processes and drive meaningful improvements across the business.
We are a growing and evolving team in the early stages of shaping our processes, so there’s real opportunity to influence how we work and build something robust from the ground up. You’ll be part of a close-knit team tackling new challenges, refining ways of working, and embedding data-driven solutions that will future-proof our compliance operations. If you’re excited by change, eager to learn, and ready to help shape both your role and the department, this is the perfect time to get involved.
