Group Central Finance is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely and efficient accounting for actuals and works closely with both the Finance Operations teams and the business partnering teams. maintaining strong financial control, accurate accounting and robust reporting across Dunelm. Within this, the Inventory Accounting team has responsibility for inventory and manufacturing accounting across the Group, working closely with commercial teams and manufacturing operations.
The Manufacturing Accountant is responsible for the accurate accounting and financial control of Dunelm’s manufacturing operations for Made to Measure blinds, curtains and shutters. The role ensures inventory and manufacturing costs are correctly recorded, valued and reported across multiple systems, supporting internal reporting. Working closely with manufacturing teams and finance colleagues, the role plays a key part in maintaining financial integrity and supporting operational understanding of costs and performance. The successful candidate will also work with teams outside of Finance to influence and shape changes to systems to improve the quality of manufacturing accounting at source.
