The Marketing Department encompasses a wide range of activities aimed at understanding customer needs, creating value propositions, and effectively communicating these propositions to our customers and target audiences.
The Brand & Planning team are the custodians of the Dunelm brand, owning the annual brand strategy and supporting communications plan to increase consumers perceptions of Dunelm.
The Senior Advertising Manager is responsible for bringing the Dunelm brand to life to our key consumer segments by driving deeper brand engagement and consideration through compelling ATL marketing campaigns. This role will lead the development and delivery of fully integrated campaigns that are rooted in our brand purpose, customer insight and mindset aligned to the business’s ongoing growth ambitions.
This role is responsible for being the main lead contact for our Creative and Media agencies, being the custodian of the brand and ensuring that all activity delivers against the Brand strategy. Core responsibilities include:

- Sale Campaigns
- Tactical Campaigns
- Media Partnerships and/or Sponsorships
