The Digital Operations team is a powerhouse of commercial impact, shaping our online customer experience while relentlessly driving profitability. Often seen as the engine room of digital trade, we’re a small, agile team with a big influence—focused on making every digital interaction seamless, efficient, and commercially rewarding.
Our mission is twofold:
- Enhance customer experience across the online journey (pre but mainly post purchase)
- Unlock profit through smarter, insight-led operational improvements that reduce cost, increase efficiency, and elevate customer satisfaction
We work cross-functionally with Commercial, Fulfilment, Supply Chain, Finance, and Insights & Analytics to identify and deliver initiatives that directly contribute to the bottom line. Whether it’s optimising delivery propositions, streamlining returns, or improving post-purchase experiences, our work is rooted in commercial thinking and operational excellence.
