Quality Chapter
Behind the scenes at Dunelm, there’s a lot of advanced tech keeping everything running smoothly. Our SAP systems are at the heart of our finance, warehouse, and logistics operations—and we’re about to begin an exciting S/4HANA brownfield conversion.
Our Quality Chapter plays a key role in making sure we deliver value in the right way. With over 60 quality advocates (QAs) embedded across 20+ crews and 6 domains, we focus on building quality in from the start—not just testing at the end.
We believe in whole-team ownership, continuous improvement, and finding the right balance between speed and quality. Our goal is simple: to help teams deliver great work that meets real customer needs, every time.
