You don’t need to know everything - but you do need to be eager to learn, ready to take ownership, and confident working with data.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have hands-on experience with PPC campaigns
- Are comfortable with numbers and Excel (think VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, the works)
- Communicate clearly and confidently - whether it’s a quick update or a big idea
- Stay cool under pressure and keep things accurate
- Are proactive and always looking for ways to improve
- Love solving problems and getting into the detail
Bonus points if you:
- Know your way around other digital marketing channels
- Have experience working with large datasets and turning them into insights
- Can present ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
- Understand what makes ad copy click-worthy
- Are just as happy working solo as you are in a team
