Store Recommended Ordering (RO) roles within the business is to drive great service and stock availability on web by working closely with the Buying and Merchandising teams, ISA team, Customer teams.
This is done by ensuring the business has successful launch periods, which are then maintain throughout the season. The department support the merchandise and logistical teams through key times of the year such as Sale periods and Bank Holidays. The team can also provide all year analysis support and problem-solving solutions.
