To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- A genuine interest and passion for supply chain & logistics
- Strong analytical thinking with a natural tendency to question the “why” and the “how”
- Ability to build relationships within your team and across the wider business
- A self-starter, able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills: the ability to effectively interact with others
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as take initiative independently
- Working towards a degree in an appropriate discipline (Business Studies, Supply Chain, Transportation & Logistics, etc…)
- On track to achieve a minimum 2:1 in your chosen degree.
