This role will report to our Central E-Fulfilment Manager with daily interactions with the E-Fulfilment Support Manager and Carrier team.

Key Responsibilities
- Producing weekly analysis of operational performance and progress to be presented to operational stakeholders
- Maintaining strong relationships with our CCC, 3PL’s and the Carrier Team
- Analysis of third-party invoices for payment authorisation
- Identifying performance issues and trends through reports and working with the operation to plan improvement initiatives and corrective measures to be reviewed and implemented
- Conducting in-depth analysis of customer delivery experience and providing solutions to improve service and in turn customer satisfaction
- Analysis of SKU data to ensure we have product in the right Fulfilment warehouse
- Assisting in Bank Holiday/Peak operational forecasting
- Maintaining daily E-fulfilment capacity requirements for all shipping methods
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience of extracting, analysing and presenting data.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate data into easy-to-understand insights.
- Passionate about learning and developing with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Strong commercial and business acumen, being results driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to positively embrace and drive change
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook
