This role will report to our Central E-Fulfilment Manager, as an E-Fulfilment Support Manager your main responsibilities will be to build, develop and maintain a strong working partnership with our 3PL dot.com providers, ensuring that a great customer experience is at the heart of everything we do whilst maintaining costs in line with budget, achieving KPI’s, driving performance and cost saving initiatives.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring daily/weekly KPI’s are met/exceeded by the 3PL
- Website availability remains on or above target
- Work with other areas of the business to ensure stock is in the correct fulfilment warehouse
- Put the customer at the forefront of everything I do
- Encourage continuous improvement to enhance customer experience
- Work with the 3PL’s to identify opportunities to simplify and or improve processes to enhance customer experience and or gain operational efficiencies.
- Be pro-active in looking at what our competitors do and what we can do to be the best in market
- Share the sustainability targets with the 3PL and collectively look for initiatives that will contribute towards achieving those targets
What we look for:
- Experience within an e-commerce environment preferred but not essential
- A confident can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate a customer focused approach
- Strong commercial and business acumen, being results driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to positively embrace and drive change
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook.
- Ability to create and maintain harmonised working relationships internally and with 3PL’s
- Works co-operatively and willingly with others to achieve common objectives.
- Has a sense of urgency and works diligently to achieve timelines.

- Provide detailed reporting and be able to explain the data to non-operational colleagues in a simple and effective manner
