Location: Flexible, hybrid role based around our Syston Support Centre, Leicestershire

What to expect:

Digital is key to future growth at Dunelm - and that’s why our Digital Marketing, Digital Trading and Product Ownership teams are so critical. Here, we find new ways to reach customers, increase sales and maximise value through a wide range of digital products, services and channels.

Join our team as a graduate and you’ll get hands-on experience across all three teams, with a structured rotational scheme that exposes you to everything from search engines and social media to forecasting and sales.

Over two years you’ll:

  • Spend time working in each of our digital teams - Digital Marketing, Digital Trading and Product Ownership
  • Learn how to promote Dunelm through a range of digital platforms and develop expertise in CRM (Customer Relationship management), PPC (Pay-per-click), SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), affiliate marketing and more
  • Dive into all aspects of Dunelm.com trading, from product to personalisation and everything in between
  • Play a role in maximising sales for one of our commercial departments across all digital channels and devices
  • Help realise the full potential of different product categories by working on plans, growth drivers, forecasting and measurement
  • Work as a product owner within an agile team, making sure projects are delivered successfully and in a way that creates maximum value for your product
  • Get to know a member of the Executive Board of Directors with quarterly catch-ups
  • Get plenty of exposure by attending four Executive Board meetings where you’ll present findings from the projects you’ve worked on and come up with amazing ideas for continuous improvement

What you’ll bring:

  • A genuine passion for building a career in digital
  • Strong analytical thinking and a knack for solving challenging problems
  • The resilience and ambition to drive your own development and the eagerness to constantly find new learning opportunities
  • Relevant work experience and strong commercial awareness
  • Brilliant written and verbal communication skills
  • A minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent in any relevant subject
