Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate Videographer/ Video Editor to join our Creative Content Team. You must be creative, confident and love story telling through video.

You will be filming & editing for social content, brand campaigns, and delivering content to appeal to a wide range of audiences. You will also be helping to organise & oversee outsourced video shoots from time to time, working with freelancers and our internal studio. We’d like to see a portfolio which demonstrates your ability to turn briefs and ideas into engaging and compelling video content. You’ll need strong project management and organisational ability to be independent when required or to supervise video projects from concept through to delivery.

Skills :

  • You will be a story-teller through video
  • Experience shooting video, audio and video production.
  • Expert experience of video and audio equipment as well as editing software; Adobe Premiere Pro and motion graphics software After Effects.
  • Experience of storyboarding
  • Ability to be independent when required on projects, as well as working as part of a team.
  • Strong organisation skills with an eye for detail.
  • Good knowledge of shooting and editing for social platforms and the nuances of each.
  • Post-production experience
  • Scripting and Interviewing skills
  • Ability to travel when required to capture store content or influencer content

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure all video content is on-brand.
  • Create entertaining and engaging video content for broadcast, online and social audiences.
  • Oversee the end-to-end production of video, from brief,to storyboard, scheduling shoots, to filming, to editing to approval and distribution.
  • Manage multiple video projects and editing to support the content plan and publish dates.
  • Stay in-step with advancements is video production and make recommendations as to how we can adopt.
  • Work with the internal production team to ensure all talent and locations are booked.
  • Consult with our SEO team to ensure content is optimised for visibility on search engines

Experience:

Proven experience producing video content from filming to final edit for a wide range of platforms; social, YouTube, site is essential
