Job Description

Our Senior Multimedia Manager will help build and lead a best-in-class Video, Photography, CGI and Post production service for Dunelm.

Creating high quality, entertaining, inspiring and educational content for use in various digital and social platforms. You will manage and oversee the teams responsible for pre-production planning, videography, photography and post-production editing for internal clients.

A key focus area for the role is to grow our video capabilities and have the skills to take our videos to the next level. We’re looking for someone with experience of creating and managing video across multiple platforms. Someone who can bring stories to life through multimedia with engaging and shareable aspects to their videos through original visuals and narrative. This is a highly collaborative role and as the Senior Multimedia Manager you will work closely with the Editorial, Community, Design and Social team to ensure the highest quality of work is delivered.

Key Focuses:

• You will be responsible for leading teams in the production of video and stills to answer client briefs and appeal to our audiences

• Manage a team of video editors and Art Directors to shape ideas that work for video, photography and CGI

• Create high quality editorial videos to appeal to a variety of audiences for multiple formats

  • Proven experience leading multiple teams in a studio envi­ronment
  • Excellent video editing and production experience including graphics and animation
  • Experience of Photography and CGI desirable
  • Strong organisational ability with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of media law and copyright
  • Willing to travel.
  • Possess editing techniques including Motion Graphics with experi­ence in Adobe Premiere and After effects
  • Experience with YouTube, Vimeo, DropBox and other video hosting platforms.
  • The ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Be familiar with the latest video techniques and equipment
