Job Description
 Here at Dunelm we are on the lookout for a Maintenance Helpdesk Co-ordinator to join our busy team at our Store Support Centre.

As a Maintenance Helpdesk Co-ordinator your main responsibility will be to provide Store Support via the maintenance help desk and to maintain all operating systems and associated documents. 

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure that all necessary paperwork is stores & presented in a professional manner
  • Issuing feedback from stores
  • Placing orders via Service now
  • Ensuring PPM works are completed within the times frames with adequate paperwork
  • Confirming with contractors that jobs have been completed
  • Updating stores on work orders
  • Take accurate messages on the works required at store and pass on to the relevant contractors
  •  Giving technical information to stores to rectify faults
  • Liaising with contractors
  • Taking in of deliveries
