Dean came to Dunelm for a year’s work experience during his studies at Loughborough University. He played a vital role in Dunelm’s smooth transition to the new website along with a whole host of other projects. Along the way he’s had training in leadership and other skills he can take forward to his future career. He hopes to return to Dunelm when he graduates.
