Starting out as a web administrator, Laura now works in our distribution centre in a management role. That means handling everything from bulky furniture to smaller items, meeting demand from online customers and the stores. But the job isn’t just about stock, it’s about people too. Laura says it’s important to be approachable and to make sure her team work together.
