Starting as a till colleague and through her hard work, within 9 months Tracy became a team leader. Tracy is eager to become a Store Manager in the future, and at Dunelm she can. Her passion for cooking often sees her in the Kitchen department, and she’s forever getting ideas for new home accessories from Dunelm’s unique partnership with Dorma.
